Project Homeless Connect KC (PHCKC) is partnering with KC Care and Restart to offer free services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Attendees will have access to medical care, vaccines, vision screenings, glasses, dental services, housing assistance, and more. Food will also be provided.
